with multiple jurisdictions (i.e. booking procedures)

Knowledge of railroad rules, operations, equipment, and
regulations (i.e. Federal Railroad Administration)
11.
Knowledge of investigative practices and procedures
12.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
and Outlook)

Decision making skills utilizing own initiative

Written and communication skills
16.
Self motivated and proactive in performance of duties
