  1. PFFCU markets mortgage loans to existing members through targeted direct mail, statement inserts, and website advertising.  PFFCU mortgage leads come through inbound calls, branch referrals, and website applications.  The VP of Mortgage Sales will work with Marketing to implement these tactics as well as develop new strategies to generate mortgage loan originations.

  3. Conducting monthly and annual performance review of sales staff and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.  Will be responsible for implementing new sales and service processes and providing on-going training to staff
  4. Collaborating with the SVP of Finance, who sets mortgage rates and sells loans to Fannie Mae.
  5. Managing the mortgage origination group to support our brand strategy (Service, Value, Convenience, Trust) and corporate values (Member Service, Teamwork, Commitment, Performance)
  6. Collaborating with the SVP of Lending in developing and managing the completion of the annual mortgage loan department business plan and operating budget
